Every texter is connected with a Crisis Responder, a real-life human being, trained to bring texters from a hot moment to a cool calm through active listening and collaborative problem-solving. All of our Crisis Responders are volunteers, donating their time to helping people in crisis.

The Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Team travels as a team to assist/intervene with a mental health-related crisis, in a person’s home or community. The team has significant experience in mental health. In addition, Mobile Crisis Response are able to accompany other health-care providers in clients/patient community visits.
